Went for a walk tonight. I got a couple of blocks and decided that walking would not burn enough calories and it would take to long to get any real exercise. Started running. Once I started running I never stopped until I got back to the house. The total trip was 2.2 miles in 23 minutes.
It was my first real exercise in a month as Philmont was the last real exercise that I did. Got to keep it up as there are a few more peaks in southern California that I want to get to the top of.
